Yes. All work is covered by a detailed written quotation specifying scope, materials, thickness, timeline and pricing. We do not proceed with any work without a signed contract. Commercial and municipal work also includes applicable bonds and insurance certificates.
New hot-mix asphalt is typically safe for light vehicle traffic within 24–48 hours under warm conditions. Full cure takes 6–12 months. We advise against sharp turns, heavy trucks, jacks, and kickstands during the first full summer season. Sealcoating should wait a minimum of 12 months after new paving.

Sealcoating is a protective emulsion coating applied to asphalt surfaces every 3–5 years. It seals micro-oxidation cracks, protects against fuel and oil spill damage, UV degradation, and water infiltration — the leading cause of pothole formation in Ontario's frost-prone climate. It is the most cost-effective way to extend pavement life.
Yes. For commercial and municipal clients we offer night-shift and weekend scheduling to minimise impact on operations. Additional coordination charges may apply. This must be specified in the project scope before contract execution.
